The Keytracker electronic system is a fully programmable alarm & key control system that controls up to 8 key cabinets from one computer. The software is designed to be used with Microsoft Windows XP. There is full 24 hour support, 7 days a week.

Electronic key management is the ultimate in key organisation and security. Using a Windows based PC and state-of-the-art semiconductor technology, the system electronically logs & tracks the keys used in your business - keeping a record of who took keys, and when!

An electronically controlled steel cabinet is used to store and restrict access to keys and can only be opened by wireless signal after a user is verified.

Why electronic key management?

Security:

    Only authorised users are able to check out keys from the system. An added 5 levels of security allow for tighter control over higher security keys. When an unauthorised key is removed, an instant email notification is created and sent.


Convenience:

    Quick, easy-to-use software shows what keys are in, what keys are out, and to whom they are issued. Upon checkout, the appropriate key is indicated on the panel by flashing LEDs. In addition, the Keytracker system allows you to return any key to any location, and learns the key's new location.

    No more looking for, or replacing, lost keys - always know who took which key and when. Also, reports can be generated and used to track business practices.
