Pegs Won't Turn In The System

Date Added November 25, 2009 | Print | Bookmark

It has become very difficult to turn the pegs within the Keytracker system board. Ensure that the access peg has not been worn down, and that the "cog" is still intact. If the pegs are fine, this may be down to an issue with the Keytracker system board itself.

On the back of each row on the Keytracker mechanical system, are a series of screws. Each row has five screws. On the affected row, loosen the screw on each end very slightly. This issue is more likely to affect the slots at the end of each row, so try loosening the screws at the end of the row first before altering any others.

If loosening any of the screws doesn't help this issue, then please contact support@keytracker.co.uk or call +44(0)121 559 9000 for further help.
