Red LEDs Displayed In Cabinet

You have noticed that some of the keys within the cabinet are displaying red LEDs. You cannot withdraw any of those keys, nor can you put them back. In the software, those keys that have the red LEDs may also display a grey key icon saying "Not Installed". This is due to a communication error.

This fault can be caused from any of the following:

User has forced the key to turn causing alignment errors.
A system mis-configuration.

And in rare circumstances it can be due to faulty electronic components behind the key barrell.
