Our locktracking systems offer secure lock storage within the workplace. See which lock is in use and where. The colour coded lock user information ensures the safe return of locks. Please note these systems are health and safety compliant.

How the system works

Padlocks are removed by inserting a coloured access peg next to the keys in the board and turning to the left. The keys must be returned for the user to regain their personal peg.

The colour and engraved number on the end of the access peg will tell who has that lock (and therefore who is in the building, working on which machinery etc.)

Locktracker systems use up to 10 different coloured access pegs and include adhesive numbers for numbering your existing padlocks.

Locktracker lock boxes incorporate up to six different padlock colours with up to 3 digits on each padlock.

Spare keys are kept on a seperate secure keytracker - no more bolt-cropping!

The colour and number of the lock at lock-off point will tell which individual is working on that unit.

So, no more lost locks, much more user information and secure lock storage!
