A secure tool storage system for tracking all tools and equipment.

This system ensures the immediate return of equipment. It also eliminates tool searching, prevents unauthorised access and gives fast access to authorised users. Another benefit is that it makes the most efficient use of equipment.

How...

Simply attach the tools to be tracked to a retaining peg located in the Tool tracker. The tool is removed by the user when inserting their identifying peg into the Tool tracker. The tool identifying peg cannot be removed until the tool or piece of equipment is returned.

By glancing at the Tool tracker situated where the tool is usually stored, the colour of the identifying peg in its place will tell which department or trade now has it. If 2 tracked tools are regularly required by the same user, then 2 pegs are issued.

The engraved initials or number will tell exactly which individual has that item now, whilst ensuring its immediate return when finished with, in order that the user may retrieve their identity peg for access elsewhere.
