Case Study - First Choice


Birmingham based commercial cleaning and property maintenance provider, First Choice, decided to upgrade their existing key management procedure to become more efficient for their customers.

Challenges:
First Choice needed a system that would allow access to keys 24/7 as they provide cleaning and maintenance services to a variety of commercial businesses with a 24 hour call out service.

The keys also needed to be readily available, particularly on unexpected call-outs the turnaround time can be short, to maintain the best possible service to clients.

Solution:
On recommendation, First Choice contacted Keytracker to help provide a solution.

After fully understanding the requirements First Choice had, one of the Keytracker team advised a simple power-free mechanical Keytracker system. With a relatively small number of keys being managed the system can be scaled up to include further key sets going forward, for this usage a power-free solution is not only cost effective but most efficient.

With coloured access pegs featuring individual initials, everyone in the team can instantly identify who has which keys at any time.
