may ask if they can remotely connect to your computer using software called Team Viewer.

Maintenance Package

After investing in our Electronic Key Management systems, why should you think about a 12 Month Maintenance Renewal?

Here is why: A cost effect comprehensive package which includes:

1. Access to our dedicated support team, including telephone, email, and remote support. Our team of dedicated professionals can resolve most issues remotely and always within the agreed SLA.
2. Support Desk open Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00
3. All software upgrades, including the latest feature updates which are designed to enhance the software functionality and simplify the user experience.
4. All parts are included in the maintenance contract, except where damage or vandalism has occurred.
5. You are entitled to a 20% discount on all consumables, such as fobs, anti-tamper seals & steel cable seals.
6. An average of 65% reduction in call-out charges compared to not having a maintenance contract.
7. One free annual health check is held onsite. These visits ensure your system is operating at its peak and help to identify any issues before they occur.

You can always be supported ad-hoc. However, this may not be as cost-effective.
