may ask if they can remotely connect to your computer using software called Team Viewer.

- Access to our dedicated support team, including telephone, email, and remote support. Our team of dedicated professionals can resolve most issues remotely and always within the agreed SLA.
- Support Desk open Monday-Friday 09.00-17.00
- All software upgrades, including the latest feature updates which are designed to enhance the software functionality and simplify the user experience.
- All parts are included in the maintenance contract, except where damage or vandalism has occurred.
- You are entitled to a 20% discount on all consumables, such as fobs, anti-tamper seals & steel cable seals.
- An average of 65% reduction in call-out charges compared to not having a maintenance contract.
- One free annual health check is held onsite. These visits ensure your system is operating at its peak and help to identify any issues before they occur.
