How Does It Work?
KeyTracker pegboards operate on a simple peg-in, peg-out mechanism. Each key or set of keys is attached to a numbered and colour-coded peg. These pegs fit into corresponding slots on a secure board. When a key is in use, the peg is removed from the board and taken along with the key. Upon return, the key and peg are reinserted into their respective slots. This physical system makes it easy to see at a glance which keys are in use and which are available. With the visual peg board, you can instantly see which keys are checked out and by whom, fostering accountability among staff.
