Challenges:

Before being introduced to Keytracker, Kenray Forming’s key management process consisted of monitoring a manual spreadsheet for numerous keys. Although this was a quick and simple process, it wasn’t very efficient and allowed for human error. They wanted to reduce the amount of keys that they had while keeping their essentials secure.

Solution:

To solve this issue, Kenray Forming contacted Keytracker, who suggested a lockers solution that would provide the company with an organised and secure location for their sets of keys while also allowing them to have complete control over access to the building out of hours. To take their security measures a step further, they have also introduced a company policy stating that users are not allowed to share their access codes among each other. The system also generates audits for each key so they will always be up to date with each transaction.
