The well-established property agent are professionals when it comes to property management, but they still needed help when it came to key management. They were unhappy with the lack of security that their previous system had, and they also weren’t fond of the amount of space that their keys took up in a traditional key cupboard. Their management system consisted of paper-printed sheets for each key along with a spreadsheet and number allocation.
With the hopes of having a more professional and easily trackable system, the company spoke with Keytracker who helped them decide to get one of the mechanical systems as well as the key control software. Savills now have an efficient and secure system which allows them to track where the keys are and who has them, this feature also gives whoever has the key, more accountability.
